Everything was fantastic.

I had always wanted to visit Ramsgate Blue Flag Main Beach, so I chose to stay at Wailana Lodge because of its proximity. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the safety features at this property, including a fire extinguisher and a security system. It gave me peace of mind during my stay, knowing that the hotel took safety seriously. , the fact that the nearest airport was only 3 km away was incredibly convenient for my travels.

Parking can be tricky for larger vehicles. Tea and coffee are only available in the main eating area, which may not be ideal for some guests but gave me a chance for some exercise to get my Java fix.

I always return to this place for a reason. At my first stay, the staff were helpful with local info. It suits me perfectly with everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Outdoor pool, Laundry. Coming back for New Year!

It has both amicable and welcoming staff. The services are EXCELLENT, including a clean pool. Overall perfect facilities, there's secure parking.

The bathrooms are quite small.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, as for me everything was superb. I was greeted by a very amiable receptionist who made the stay a very good experience. My room was neat with a private bathroom. I truly enjoyed sleeping 3 nights in this venue...

The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying an entertaining area, short walk to beaches, shops, restaurants and bars and the beach and shopping Centre and nearby restaurants, craft stores, cafés, and hiking trails. The staff members were good and assisted us with everything. We had the a double room which was beautiful and amazingly comfortable with a magic shower.

There was nothing I didn't like!

My wife says that it would be great if there were tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.

Sheets not changed: A minor hiccup during our stay was the lack of sheet change from Friday to Monday. A small oversight, but a fresh set of sheets would have been appreciated after an accidental spill.

The shared breakfast table was a bit uncomfortable when we had to sit near some other guests who were quite loud.
